01The service model

Your people, employed locally. Your direction, unchanged.

PEO
Professional Employer Organization. Employment administration outsourced alongside your own entity.
EOR
Employer of Record. The provider is the legal employer where you have no entity.

Employing people in Saudi Arabia means holding the employment relationship locally: contracts, registrations, payroll, and the administration that follows month after month. For organizations without a Saudi entity, or with one that isn't yet set up to carry employees, that requirement can stand between a decision to hire and a first day at work.

Under an EOR / Outsourcing arrangement, UITC employs your people in Saudi Arabia on your behalf. You choose who to hire and direct their work. UITC carries the employment administration locally.

The arrangement can cover a single specialist or an entire team, and it can sit alongside your own entity once that entity is established. Throughout, the people remain your team in practice: your roles, your management, your objectives.

Which structure applies, and how it is documented, is confirmed during scoping. The sections below set out who does what, what UITC handles, and how an engagement runs from first conversation to ongoing operation.

06Questions

Frequently asked.

If your question isn't here, the quickest route is a short call with the team in Riyadh.

Ask the team

Do we need a Saudi entity to employ people through UITC?

No. Under an EOR arrangement, UITC is the employer in Saudi Arabia. If you already have an entity, the arrangement can be structured around it.

Who manages the employee day to day?

You do. UITC holds the employment relationship and the administration that comes with it; your organization directs the work, sets objectives, and manages performance.

Can this cover a single hire?

Yes. The arrangement works for one specialist as well as a full team.

What happens if we later set up our own entity?

Employment can move to your entity when you are ready. The route is discussed during scoping so nothing is decided under time pressure.

Does UITC also help find the people?

Yes. Human Capital Solutions can support the search, and employment through UITC can follow directly.

How is pricing structured?

A monthly fee per employee under one agreement. The detail is set out in the proposal.
